Jairaj Ramnarine was arrested on October 5th and charged on October 8th with making loud and continuous noise to the annoyance of Bibi Mohamed. An arrest warrant was issued for him after he failed to appear in court at the Leonora Magistrate’s Court, with a trial scheduled for November 6th.
