Jairo de Jesús Charris, also known by his alias 'El Viejo Miguel', is a former paramilitary figure who has been involved in legal proceedings related to human rights abuses in Colombia. He was mentioned in a recent court case as a witness who allegedly accepted bribes from Terrence P. Collingsworth to falsely incriminate the Drummond mining company.
