Jaiver Vasquez

Jaiver Vasquez, an 18-year-old construction worker from Helena #2 Mahaica, East Coast Demerara, and Barrancas Del Orinoco, Venezuela, was recently arrested and charged with possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking after allegedly being found with 14 grams of cocaine.
