Jakob Mali

Jakob Mali is a student and project leader of the CAVE0g research team from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ljubljana. Recently, he led his team in conducting experiments on a specially designed Airbus A310 ZERO-G airplane, where they explored cavitation emulsification in microgravity conditions. The project aimed to understand how emulsions form without a clear phase boundary, crucial for future food and drug preparation in space, and for developing new materials for long-term missions to the Moon and Mars.
