Jakrapan NuKaew

Jakrapan NuKaew, a 21-year-old from Ranong, Thailand, was recently apprehended while attempting to illegally cross back into Thailand after working as an administrator for an online gambling website in Poipet, Cambodia. He and a companion reported being confined in a high-rise building against their will.
