James Burklaz-Lewis

James Burklaz-Lewis is a prominent figure in the documentary film industry, currently serving as the program director for the Visions du Réel Film Festival in Nyon, Switzerland. He has an extensive background in film festival management, having previously worked as the chief coordinator for the International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights in Geneva from 2016 to 2020. His experience also includes being part of the programming team for the International Fantastic Film Festival in Neuchâtel until 2023.
