James Harry

James Harry is a 35-year-old Squamish artist known for his contemporary Coast Salish art. His recent works include a striking mural featuring a double-headed serpent, SínulhKa, which represents Squamish legends. He aims to create a new visual identity in his practice and is actively involved in transforming public art spaces in Vancouver, striving to educate the community about the history and culture of the local Indigenous peoples.
