James Heapey

James Heapey is a British politician and member of the Labour Party, who served as the Armed Forces Minister. He was involved in the discussions surrounding the Afghan data breach, particularly in December 2023 when he briefed then-Shadow Defence Secretary John Healey about the leak of sensitive information regarding Afghan relocations.
