Jamil Omar Jamil Wadiya

Jamil Omar Jamil Wadiya served as the commander of the Hamas 'Shajaiya' battalion, directing operations against Israeli forces. He was implicated in the 2011 attack that resulted in the death of a teenager and had taken over leadership of the battalion after the death of his predecessor, Wessam Farhat. Recently, he was also reported killed by Israeli military actions targeting Hamas leaders.
