Jan Haukasa

Jan Haukasa is a diplomat serving as the ambassador for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Montenegro, where he advocates for the importance of a vibrant civil society as a foundation of democracy. Recently, he was in the news for his discussions with Teo Gorjanc Prelević, the executive director of Human Rights Action (HRA), focusing on the challenges faced by human rights defenders in Montenegro.
