Jana Rovčaninová

Jana Rovčaninová is a Slovak entrepreneur and a significant witness in the Mýtnik case, known for her involvement in a plea agreement related to pre-arranged IT contracts with the financial administration. She initially accepted the terms of her agreement in March 2022 but later sought to withdraw from it, claiming she was under pressure when she signed. This led to her recent appeal to the Supreme Court, which was dismissed without a public hearing.
