Jane Budge

Jane Budge is the strategic governance manager for the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council and a daily commuter from Hastings to Central Hawke’s Bay. With firsthand experience in carpooling, she is supportive of initiatives that aim to make commuting more efficient and sustainable, especially in light of increasing traffic and the economic benefits of collaborative travel.
