Jane Burden Morris

Jane Burden Morris was a prominent figure in the Pre-Raphaelite movement, celebrated for her unconventional beauty and her role as a model for several famous artists, including Dante Gabriel Rossetti. Married to the designer William Morris, she was also a skilled embroiderer and played a significant role in the artistic output of Morris and Company, despite often receiving little credit for her contributions.
