Janice Coleman

Janice Coleman is a 54-year-old resident of Coolock, Dublin, who was unexpectedly diagnosed with lung cancer after a CAT scan revealed a 3.5cm tumor during an examination for a urinary tract infection in June 2023. Grateful for the early detection, she underwent surgery to remove 40% of her lung and is now an advocate for lung health checks, supporting a new mobile screening initiative to help catch lung cancer earlier in others.
