Janine Madeline Otálora

Janine Madeline Otálora is a magistrate of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary in Mexico. Recently, she was in the news for proposing the nullification of a judicial election, asserting that the use of illicit 'acordeones' (cheat sheets) compromised the integrity and legitimacy of the electoral process.
