Janvier Kabutwa

Janvier Kabutwa is a resident of Walikale, a town in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, and recently gained attention for reporting on the intense gunfire and conflict in the area as M23 rebels took control of the town amidst ongoing violence and instability.
