Jari Mikkonen

Jari Mikkonen is a Finnish military officer who previously served as the chief of staff of the Finnish Air Force and played a role in the decision to phase out the swastika from the Air Force's insignia. He is currently the head of military economics for the Finnish Defence Forces and has been involved in efforts to modernize military symbols to reflect current values.
