Jas Bains

Jas Bains is a lawyer who served as a senior manager at Solo Capital Partners from 2010 to 2013 and later became a whistleblower in the cum-ex scandal. He assisted Danish authorities in their investigation after expressing concerns about the volume of dubious trades at his former firm. Following a recent High Court ruling that exonerated him from a substantial fraud claim by Denmark's tax authority, Bains publicly thanked the justice system for clearing his name after years of legal battles.
