Jason Bates

Jason Bates is a Kentucky State Police Trooper and a former deputy of the Letcher County Sheriff's Office, who played a role in the questioning of former Sheriff Shawn 'Mickey' Stines following the shooting of District Judge Kevin Mullins. Bates was called upon to assist in calming Stines during his police interview, given their long-standing familiarity.
