Jason Sáenz Marenco
Jason Sáenz Marenco, also known as La Jota, is identified as the leader of a powerful drug trafficking organization based in Ciudad Cortés and Palmar Norte in Osa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Despite being incarcerated since 2024 and sentenced to 16 years for drug trafficking, he is believed to continue controlling the gang from within prison. His organization has been linked to multiple violent crimes, including four homicides, as they attempted to project power and instill fear in the local population by posing as a faction of a notorious drug lord known as Diablo.
