Jay Bybee

Jay Bybee is a federal judge on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, appointed by President George W. Bush in 2003. He is recognized for his conservative judicial approach and was part of the dissenting opinion in the recent case that deemed California's ammunition background check law unconstitutional.
