Jay Mallet

Jay Mallet is the sheriff of the New Orleans jail, currently overseeing an investigation into a mass escape of inmates. Following the dramatic incident where ten prisoners broke out by creating a hole in the wall of their cell, Mallet is working to determine whether any inside assistance was provided to the escapees and if tools were used to facilitate the breakout.
