Jay Moody

Jay Moody is a U.S. District Judge who previously ruled against the Arkansas law prohibiting gender transition medical treatments for minors, deeming it discriminatory against transgender individuals and posing immediate harm to them. His decision was later overturned by the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
