Jean Carlo Leitón is an entrepreneur and co-owner of Mr. Poutine, the first Canadian restaurant in Costa Rica. Inspired by his travels in Canada, he partnered with his lifelong friend David Delgado to bring the flavors of poutine to Costa Rican cuisine.
