Jean Tipy

Jean Tipy, a former director of an educational institution, is accused of committing sexual offenses against minors during his tenure from the 1970s to 2000. Described as 'all-powerful' at the time, he allegedly engaged in inappropriate conduct with students in his office. Born in the Basque Country and ordained in Bethlehem in 1948, he later directed the Ozanam college in Limoges and taught at Stanislas College in Paris before returning to the Basque region, where he passed away in 2009 without facing legal repercussions for the allegations against him.
