Jean Truchon

Jean Truchon was a man living with cerebral palsy, who, after facing unbearable pain and deterioration in his health, became a co-plaintiff in a legal case that challenged Canada’s MAID eligibility criteria. His efforts helped to change the law, allowing those with non-terminal conditions to access assisted death.
