Jeannette Pellen, 76, is a retired customer assistant who recently concluded her tenure at an M&S store in Scunthorpe. Following a cyber attack that disrupted the operations of Marks & Spencer, she expressed her frustrations over the inability to clock in and out of work and the lack of communication from management and outsourced HR services.
