Jeevan Kumar Bhandari

Jeevan Kumar Bhandari is a judge who previously presided over the district court case involving Ram Bahadur Bamjan. He was responsible for the initial conviction which sentenced Bamjan to ten years in prison for sexual offenses against minors.
