Jeff Ramsey

Jeff Ramsey, a 61-year-old insurance agent from Lewisville, Texas, tragically lost his life in the recent devastating floods that struck the region. In his final moments, he left heartfelt goodbye messages for his children, expressing his love and fear as the rising waters engulfed their trailer. Jeff was also involved with the Adaptive Training Foundation, supporting amputees and wheelchair users.
