Jeff Shearer

Jeff Shearer is a consultant and trainer for the Pan-American Development Foundation (PADF), where he specializes in crime scene investigation and management. He was recently in the news for participating in a two-week training program supported by the U.S. Embassy aimed at enhancing the skills of the Guyana Police Force's Criminal Investigations Department (CID) officers.
