Jeison David García Hoyos Rojas is a police officer who was injured in an explosive attack in Santander de Quilichao, Cauca. On April 21, 2023, he sustained injuries from shrapnel when a grenade was reportedly launched at the police station where he was stationed. Fortunately, he was reported to be out of danger after being treated at local hospitals.
