Jennifer Rolle

Jennifer Rolle is a former employee of Abby’s Catering who pursued her legal rights for severance pay after being terminated when the company lost its contract to operate Queen’s College's Q Cafe. Her struggle for compensation became the subject of an Industrial Tribunal ruling which affirmed her redundancy and awarded her over $6,000 in severance pay.
