Jeremy Benn

Jeremy Benn is a hydrologist and engineer known for his expertise in stormwater management and culvert design. He has been involved in drafting guidance for culverts and has provided training for staff at Northern Ireland's Department for Infrastructure. Recently, Benn served as an expert witness during the inquest into the tragic death of 14-year-old Noah Donohoe, where he presented evidence regarding the likelihood of the circumstances surrounding Noah's entry into the storm drain system in Belfast.
