Jermaine Skinny Charles

Jermaine 'Skinny' Charles was a criminal associate of Rondell Rawlins and played a significant role in the violent crime wave in Guyana during the mid-2000s. He escaped from custody and was involved in various high-profile crimes before being killed alongside Rawlins during a police shootout on August 28, 2008.
