Jesse Shiller

Jesse Shiller is a Canadian entrepreneur and co-owner of Kushi, a plastic-free hair accessory business based on Norfolk Island, Australia. At 41 years old, Shiller has faced significant challenges due to new tariffs imposed by the Trump administration, which will heavily impact his business as approximately 80% of their sales are to customers in the United States. Originally from Vancouver, he has become a local figure on Norfolk Island, where he and his wife, Rachel Evans, have established their business amidst a small community of around 2,000 residents.
