Jéssica Hernández Elizondo

Jéssica Hernández Elizondo is a judge in the First Judicial Circuit of San José, Costa Rica. She presided over the recent case in which activist Yendry Quirós was accused of threatening public official Ariel Robles. In her ruling, Hernández determined that the allegations did not meet the legal definition of a threat, leading to Quirós' acquittal, while also noting that Quirós' statements were still intimidating.
