Jessica Oseguera

Jessica Oseguera, also known as 'La Negra', is the sister of Rubén Oseguera González, commonly referred to as 'El Menchito', and has been implicated in the operations of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). In 2021, she was sentenced to 30 months in prison for her involvement in the cartel's activities, which include money laundering and drug trafficking.
