Jesús López Morales

Jesús López Morales is the Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, and Rural Development in Durango, Mexico. He has been actively involved in addressing agricultural challenges in the region, particularly in combating a significant locust plague affecting crops. Recently, he reported that over 6,000 hectares of crops, especially beans, have been impacted by the plague, primarily in the municipality of Canatlán. Under his leadership, the government has implemented measures to distribute insecticides and provide support to local farmers to mitigate the effects of the infestation and protect agricultural production.
