Jesús Pérez Benito-Rebollo

Jesús Pérez Benito-Rebollo is the gerente of the Región Administrativa y de Planificación del Caribe (RAP Caribe), where he plays a key role in overseeing regional development initiatives. Recently, he was in the news for leading the virtual session of the Administrative and Planning Council, which approved the budget for 2026 and authorized the First Interdepartmental Sports Games to be held in Valledupar, enhancing regional integration and promoting sports among the youth.
