Jesús Valmaña Cruz, also known as Ricardo Ezecson López Cerrato, is a notorious leader of the Pandilla 18 in Honduras. He has been involved in serious criminal activities, including the kidnapping and murder of a businessman, for which he was initially sentenced to 63 years in prison. Valmaña gained notoriety for attempting to evade law enforcement by altering his fingerprints using acid and using false identification. Recently, he was found guilty of multiple charges, including identity theft and bribery, as he sought to obscure his criminal identity.
