Jesús Víctor Tapia Tello, known as 'Gordo Pibe', is a 37-year-old suspect linked to the violent attack that resulted in the death of Peruvian singer Paul Flores. He was apprehended by the National Police of Peru in San Juan de Lurigancho, where authorities believe he is a member of the criminal gang 'La nueva generación H'. Tapia Tello has a criminal history, having previously been incarcerated from 2013 to 2018, and was found in possession of a loaded revolver and a cellphone, which are being examined for further evidence.
