Jevgenij Pervysjov

Jevgenij Pervysjov is the governor of the Tambov region in Russia, known for his role in managing regional affairs and responding to crises, including military incidents. Recently, he reported that seven workers were killed and 24 others injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on a logistics center belonging to the e-commerce company Wildberries in the city of Kotovsk.
