Known for her grace, eloquence, and commitment to community service, she aims to launch 'Justice on Wheels,' a mobile legal outreach program designed to provide essential legal services to rural communities in Westmoreland. Small's journey was inspired by educator Jessica Davidson, and she is dedicated to representing her parish and advocating for access to justice.
