Jhon Freddy Rodríguez Sandoval

Jhon Freddy Rodríguez Sandoval, a 33-year-old former police officer, has been in a vegetative state since June 2023, after suffering severe injuries from a homemade explosive during a violent confrontation between police and masked individuals at the National University of Colombia. Despite being declared clinically dead for seven minutes, Jhon Freddy was revived but left with significant brain damage.
