Jhon Milton Gamarra

Jhon Milton Gamarra, 28, was involved in a serious traffic accident in Itauguá when the Mitsubishi truck he was driving fell from a bridge, landing upside down in a creek. Despite the severity of the incident, he emerged uninjured, though a breathalyzer test indicated he was driving under the influence. Witnesses noted he was accompanied by a woman and a minor, whose identities he claimed not to know. After the accident, Gamarra was taken to a hospital for evaluation and subsequently detained by authorities due to the positive alcohol test.
