Jhorman David Mora Silva

Jhorman David Mora Silva, also known as 'el Caleño', is a 25-year-old individual from Ginebra, Valle, who was recently implicated in the assassination plot against Miguel Uribe Turbay, a prominent political figure in Colombia. While under police custody for a violent robbery, Mora Silva allegedly facilitated contact between a minor hitman and a co-conspirator to orchestrate the attack. Despite his criminal activities, he expressed remorse in court, stating that he acted under duress due to a debt.
