Jill Portelance

Jill Portelance is a midwife based in St. Thomas, Ontario, who has been delivering babies for 15 years. She serves many patients from the Mennonite community and has recently spoken out about the impacts of the measles outbreak on pregnant women and newborns, particularly in light of the recent tragic death of a premature baby linked to the virus.
