Jim Faus

Jim Faus is a 66-year-old neuroscientist and professor at Charles University in Prague. He has dedicated over 40 years to researching human orgasm and sexuality, inspired by his first experience of orgasm at the age of 11. Faus combines academic study with experiments primarily conducted on rats to understand the neurobiological underpinnings of sexual desire and response. He has a rich background in psychology and has played in punk bands during his university years. His recent work includes groundbreaking studies on female orgasm, particularly in collaboration with Israeli sex educator Roni Erez.
