Jim Runcie
Jim Runcie, known locally as Peem, was a Scottish fisherman who lived in Cullen, Banffshire. He spent much of his life at sea and passed away in 1995 at the age of 67. His legacy was recently revived when a message in a bottle he had written in 1978 was discovered 47 years later on a Swedish island.
