Jim Sharkey

Jim Sharkey is a former newsagent from Omagh, Co Tyrone, who witnessed the devastating car bomb explosion in 1998 that killed several people, including close acquaintances. During the incident, Sharkey described how he and his wife were thrown by the blast while serving customers in their shop, and he continues to suffer from the traumatic memories and physical effects of that day.
